Fabrication for teams that cannot wait on parts
Motorsport, defense, industrial and custom work all run through the same shop, the same people and the same inspection process. Projects from any other industry are welcome too.

Motorsports
Parts on race-week timelines
Concord sits in the middle of American race country, and race dates do not move. We turn quotes around in hours and parts in days, and keep your programs on file so a mid-season reorder matches the first batch.
Typical work
- Chassis tabs, brackets, gussets and mounting plates
- Roll cage and chassis tube, cut to length and coped
- Suspension and shock hardware, cut and machined
- Aluminum and steel body and panel parts
- Prototype parts through full production runs

Defense and aerospace
Subcontract work for primes and tier suppliers
We cut, machine and weld to print for defense and aerospace supply chains, with first-article inspection, dimensional records and material certifications on request. If your program has specific certification or flow-down requirements, talk to us before you send the RFQ.
Typical work
- Laser-cut and machined components to print
- Weldments and subassemblies
- Material certifications passed through on request
- First-article inspection with recorded dimensions
- Short-run and surge production

Industrial equipment
Production and overflow capacity
Equipment builders around Charlotte use us for short production runs and for overflow when their own capacity is booked. Send the files and we can usually start without a lengthy onboarding process.
Typical work
- Machine guarding, enclosures and panels
- Frames, base plates and weldment components
- Repeat production kept on file for reorder
- Overflow when your in-house capacity is full
- Prototype and low-volume runs

Custom projects
From an idea to a finished part
Plenty of jobs start with a sample part, a photo or a problem rather than a drawing. Our engineers design the part, prove it with a printed prototype and then build it in metal, with one point of contact the whole way.
Typical work
- Mechanical design and SolidWorks CAD
- Design for manufacturability before the price is set
- 3D printed prototypes for fit and function
- One-off custom parts, fixtures and equipment
- Drawings and documentation for future orders
Other industries
Your industry isn't listed? Send it anyway.
The industries above are where much of our work comes from, not a limit on what we take on. If you need parts cut, machined, welded or designed, our engineers will review your project and tell you plainly whether we are the right shop for it.
- One-off parts and small batches
- Production runs and repeat orders
- Projects that start without a drawing
- Material and process questions answered by an engineer
