Capabilities
Cutting, machining, welding and engineering under one roof
Every process a typical fabricated part needs, on one shop floor in Concord. Fewer hand-offs, shorter lead times and one point of contact.

Sheet and plate
Fiber laser cutting
A 6 kW fiber laser with a full 5 × 10 ft bed and a shuttle table, so the next sheet loads while the current one cuts.
- Brackets, tabs, gussets, plates and panels
- Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum
- Prototype quantities through production runs
- Parts nested to make the most of every sheet
- Laser source
- 6 kW fiber
- Bed size
- 5 × 10 ft (60″ × 120″)
- Carbon steel
- Up to 1″
- Aluminum
- Up to 3/8″
- Positioning accuracy
- ±0.0012″ (±0.03 mm)
- Repeatability
- ±0.02 mm
Accuracy and repeatability are machine specifications. The tolerance we can hold on your part depends on material, thickness and feature size. Mark critical dimensions on your drawing and we will confirm.

Tube and profile
Tube laser cutting
Copes, notches, slots and holes are cut in the same setup as the length, so tube arrives at the welding table ready to fit.
- Roll cage and chassis tube, coped to the model
- Structural frames and mounts
- Slotted and tabbed tube for self-locating assemblies
- Clean, square ends with no sawing or deburring
- Round tube diameter
- Up to 11″
- Maximum length
- 24 ft
- Operations
- Cut-to-length, coping, slotting, holes, profiles

Milling and turning
CNC machining
A CNC mill and a CNC lathe cover both prismatic and round parts. The mill's 80″ of X travel handles long parts in a single setup, and the lathe turns shafts, bushings, spacers and threaded parts.
- CNC milling: pockets, bores, counterbores and faced surfaces
- CNC turning: shafts, bushings, spacers, rod ends and threads
- Secondary machining on laser-cut parts, without a second vendor
- Aluminum and steel, prototype through production
- CNC mill
- 3-axis vertical
- Mill travel (X × Y × Z)
- 80″ × 30″ × 30″
- CNC lathe
- Turning envelope confirmed per part

Assembly
Welding and fabrication
Our AWS certified welders build weldments and subassemblies from parts cut on our own laser, so fit-up is right before the first tack.
- MIG and TIG welding
- Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and titanium
- Frames, brackets, mounts and structures
- Hardware installation, deburring and assembly
- Processes
- MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW)
- Materials
- Carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, titanium
- Welders
- AWS certified
- Forming
- Press brake on order; formed parts available through partners

Design-build
Engineering and prototyping
No drawing? Bring us the problem. Our engineers model the part in SolidWorks, print a prototype to check fit, then build it in metal on the same floor.
- Mechanical design from a requirement, sketch or sample part
- SolidWorks models and drawings for your review
- Design for manufacturability built in from the start
- 3D printed prototypes for fit and function checks
- Production documentation so repeat orders match
Materials
What we work with
We cut, machine and weld a wide range of grades in each of these families, with mill certifications available on request.
Carbon steel
Sheet, plate, tube and bar.
Stainless steel
Sheet, plate, tube and bar.
Aluminum
Sheet, plate, tube and bar.
Titanium
Welding. Ask us about cutting and machining.
Material not listed?
Send us the material and what the part is for. An engineer will tell you whether we can cut, machine or weld it before you place an order.
Accepted file formats
DXF and DWG for flat parts, STEP for 3D models, and PDF drawings. A dimensioned sketch or photo is enough to start a design project.
Not sure if we can make it?
Send us the drawing or describe the part. If it is outside what we do, we will tell you and point you to someone who can.
